Diron's Story

Hi. My name is Diron. I’m 37 years old. I’m in civilian aviation, and I’m also in the National Guard. I’ve been doing CrossFit now for about four years. CrossFit Hammond has been by far the better gyms that I’ve ever been to. It’s pretty cut and dry. Pretty straight forward. CrossFit has completely changed my life with physical fitness. It’s a great atmosphere, great people to work out with. We all have one goal, and that’s to do work. Coaches are great, really teach you well, and I couldn’t have picked a better place when I moved here to Hammond.
